As a stand alone company they have no value unless you generate profit but if a company is generating huge profits and needs to take losses, yes if they acquire Edig they can Utilize Edig's NOL but these days show me a company that is generating a profit look at the auto industry even toyota has a loss , most fortune five hunded companies are in the red that is why we are experiencing the major exodus of employees I mean the lay off. It is very rare that you acquire a company just becuase of the huge nol the only exception is if the company is in Bankrutcy and you think highly of their product and you get them dirt cheap.

yes in your scenario but the way I see it from this qtr forward most U S companies and others are in the red except our edig in the green hopefully for many amny qtrs and years to come.
