we will never see big volume now until we get a markman and a jury verdict in favor of Edig with millions and millions of dollars and these verdicts are announced say $10 mil or more, at this point in time the infringers name is a hush hush so is the money so our exposure is swept under the carpet now.

I love to see a markman followed by jury verdict followed by a pr followed by big money announcement , I love to announce to the world that I am a proud owner of Edig as people used to be proud ownig some shares in IBM.

A good diamond is a small piece of jewelry but its value can exceed the value of a ferrari or a fine piece of art , I like to see our Edig as that diamond or that Picasso painting, even thou I am optimistic all the time but a jury verdict will put a smile on my face for 24 hours a day. and until that day comes I still think Big of our IP and what we saw this year is a simple proof that our IP solid as as rock.
