It is to our advantage to not know, as you note. Why give future litigants anything that would aid them in dealing with DM?

DM seems to be doing quite well in executing their plan and now all we have to do is sit back and watch the 10Qs roll in...much to our advantage.

We have moved lightyears ahead of where we were just last year and it looks to only continue to improve.
