TK, Nikon and EDIG requested a partial stay from court activities on 17 Dec 08, then we had both Christmas and New Years holidays, and finally a formal announcement of a new licensee on 8 Jan 09. For those reasons, I think today's IP money is from Casio alone.
I'm still waiting on the Nikon dismissal motion on PACER...they have until 28 Feb 09 to request it.
