My thoughts are each settlement gets larger.

The first two 1.6 and 1.65 were early bird specials

now going forward 2 mil is the minimum maybe even 2.5 or 3 mil

3 mil X200 would = 600mil (low end we hope)

of course as we go on, these things should get bigger (thats the pattern 1.6,1.65,2.0)
