Since [what we believe was] the Nikon announcement was formally released 8 Jan 09, I am fairly confident this $3.65M was from Casio alone. That also syncs up with sunpoop's report that only LG got the discount. If the Nikon, Olympus, Sanyo, and Avid settlements are in the same ballpark, that's $14M in gross IP revenue this quarter so far to be reported in late June 09. As DABOSS said, that would bring us near $20M for FY09. This isn't even considering Samsung settling this quarter.
