RE: Airlines Using Digeplayer

October of `03 was the date announced by Alaska Airlines for the beginning use of the digEplayer on selected flights...the first IFE customer for APS and e.Digital.

18 months later they have been reported to have reordered and an additional 10 airlines have been announced as digEplayer end users.

The ``digEsystem`` was officially introduced in September of `04 by EDIG and APS, and a month later APS was bought out by WENCOR.

WENCOR has been reported to be actively pursuing new business based on the publicly announced digEsystem and likely a big reason for their sudden attraction to APS.

e.Digital has released virtually no information this quarter other than the announcement of the digEplayer being selected as the ``IFE Product of the Year`` and the resolution of the F-Ten arbitration to the tune of about $200K to e.Digital.

The last official guidance by e.Digital on 12-22-04 regarding fiscal Q-4 was as follows:

``e.Digital Corporation (OTC: EDIG), a leading innovator of proprietary digital technology platforms, today announced it expects revenues and advance payments, on purchase orders for products scheduled to ship next quarter, of over $2.2 million for the quarter ending December 31, 2004 with further business growth expected in the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2005.``

And while press accounts and statements by OEMs have been off with respect to timing, I don`t see anything negative occuring at this point per the company.

In fact, we have seen a consistent increase in the number of airlines going ``digEplayer`` over this past quarter.

Does that guarantee us anything ? No, however, outside of Ryan Air opting out, there was nothing negative from the company or its IFE business plan.

The question is will they tone down their guidance growth estimates or will they confirm them going forward ?

We have real product in the pipeline producing real revenues with a customer apparently committed to making a real effort at becoming a player in the IFE arena, namely WENCOR. The product has received outstanding acclaim and has given birth to the ``embedded`` system and next generation digEplayer.

I`m staying put.
