Careful Gil or you'll get accused of being too personal. LOL
He only talks of facts...like the $5 pps in 2005, as you point out.
But I disagree with you regarding that we are way past the pps being influenced by investor perspective. Yes you are correct that the current investor pool is too jaded to further speculate, but that is because they already have and hold sizeable positions...but as settlements continue to drive new investors here, they will be looking at the psychology of the investor pool....looking to see how hot this could become again....speculators look for key components like that for any investment opportunity.
Are 200+ infringers worthy of some legitimate speculation? I believe they are considering we are seeing very REAL RESULTS in real time.
Will EDIG revisit old highs ? It did hit $3.74 and $24.50, so where will the tipping point this time around.
Is the PPS currently undervalued in light of current events?
EDIG is showing results, 10 years later. Certainly market conditions are different but that could work in our favor as there are fewer unique opportunities at the ready to have positive and dramatic changes to their business.
