Perhaps the realization among those of us in the know that DM/EDIG has just achieved a 4th settlement (which will mean at least 2 reporting in the current quarter with plenty of time for yet another one), that the 10Q will probably be available late next week, and that a decision from the recent digEcor hearing is imminent. Plus the fact that if DM files more lawsuits (which could happen any day now), it will likely cause the PPS to rise.

If all the above anticipated news is good, then the opportunity to acquire more shares 'at historic lows' will quickly disappear.
