As for speculation, it is just that. Don`t worry, it usually comes around over and over until we kill it or it kills somebody....in the figurative sense, of course.

Since we may very well be waiting for the 4Q05 and year end reports -- due end of May? -- we can just WAG away:

If the 4Q05 report is only fair (~1.5M or so), or even worse (>1M), then you can bet we will see a request for new shares....and there is nothing average sharholders can do about it since we do not control the ship`s (dingy`s?) helm.

Probably one more reason for a delayed SHM.

The only upside is news of a major IFE order, or some unknown non-IFE biz hits the radar screen with confirmation. Both are possible, but so is my Bubba Retirement Plan, a CA state lottery tickie.

That`s a short term WAG.

For the longer term, EDIG looks pretty good if a few more of the IFE deals come together and Wencor can sell a digEsystem to a decent sized airline. All possible and I`m betting Wencor will keep the white hat in place.

Then, there is that unknown world of non-IFE. With sooo many possibilities...we KNOW very little about what is going on, but hope like all heck for one major brand to buy into EDIG`s plight -- and especially their SECURE tech platform.

We`ll see, Mighty Casey needs another at bat...the last time he didn`t do so well. This time he has some help.

Of course, not worth $0.02, but worth all you paid fo it.
