Apparently the Court wants this case to be settled and not go to trial. Was hoping LL could explain why digEcor didn't get the same ADR message EDIG did. Is the Court telling EDIG, "It's in your best interest to settle (wink, wink)"?

That's the only reason I can see why digEcor wasn't included. LL, your thoughts?
