Gil, yes I know this wasn't the Court's ruling on the recent hearings. I just didn't understand why digEcor didn't receive the same ADR notice that EDIG did.
lake3054 certainly has a plausible second meaning, that digEcor has requested ADR from the Court, so they didn't need to be notified.
