The proposed schedule lists January 23rd for the court to issue it's ruling on the Cross-Motions for Summary Judgement.

Hope they stick to the schedule and give us some end of week information.

If they meet today's date, then all other pre-trial items should proceed unless delays are requested by either party.

Based on availability of counsels and witness's, possible trial in May???
