Most things negative have already been factored into EDIG's PPS. EDIG was at .25 on the announcement of the group of 7 infringers when judgements were expected years out and with a lot of unknowns out there.
Today, with early settlements coming in rapid fire action, we are at .10.
They need to continue on this path in a fever pitch...naming larger groups of infringers and settling in 6-9 months as previously demonstrated to catch the eye of the risk capital necessary to drive the PPS.
A year from now, with growing revenues and a calming market things could look a whole lot different.
