I have a question for the lawyers on this board.

Can any of the companies, who are not as yet named in current filings, preempt DM's representation of EDIG in a suit against them by retaining DM in some fashion....thus blunting EDIG's attack?

Something like Tony Soprano did to his wife when she tried to divorce him.:>)
