doni, I received confirmation from Robert Putnam today that our Flash-R patent portfolio consists of all five patents as seen on their website. Since both the LG and Casio announcements state both companies have received a license for the Flash-R portfolio, that should be concrete evidence they can use all five of our patents. Additionally, the Casio announcement also mentions some foreign patents.
