Ok they got all the patents....but is it limited to Removable audio only?.....because, that is the only right they can give at this time. The patents for the most part are for audio only. IMO they need a Markman ruling for anything else.

Why the redundancy? Why no one time fee mentioned? Why is the specific word of "including" composed in there?

You're not getting the straight answer for reasons of confidentiality.

I say Casio agreed to a consideration presented, something to the effect that e.Digital is going for more than audio....where, we can give you a pass as far as audio goes....but if the court rules in our favor beyond audio we want more.

Did Casio anti up a few bucks more in order to avoid a potential court ruling?

That is how I feel for now until the Casio verbiage is straightened out.

If you want me to follow what RP is stating to you....tell him to get his PRs straight. There's only a very short paragraph for each one and they're worlds apart in meaning.
