I think you missed the major point of the post.

As to the amount, it was only $110k, a small amount of the 1.6 million.

As to the 50 million shares, that was before any money from settlements was coming in and they had to protect the business to keep the doors open and maintain a reasonable Balance Sheet.

I also noted that it shows that the settlements from Nikon and Casio was not concluded in quarter 3, as they would have had enough cash to pay the debt.

I do agree that by this time next year we should be very profitable, the Balance Sheet should be extremely strong and all of the debt should be retired.
