Yeah, Matthew Yungwirth is probably on the floor laughing at Vivitar's request if the remaining 4 defendants in suit #2 are ready to settle. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the 4 settle before the end of this fiscal year leaving Vivitar scratching its head. Remember what RP said...the closer to the Markman Hearing, the higher the settlement price goes.
