I doubt there has been any trespassing by e.Digital on Casio property, in any event, the road block is in place preventing nuisance retaliation.

As to the underlined, I see no mention of a one time license as noted in the LG release.

This license is for all patents...including FlashR. With that, what product lines will Casio be allowed to utilize them in? It should be restricted to products only and not advanced software developments.
