Very nicely put, and you are correct, the market has not put what I'll call "added value" to the the cross licensing, nor the settlement amounts (LG only right now is known), as both relate to the volume and PPS.

I keep thinking, because I cannot be sure, that everyone's "market jitters" are playing a role in our daily results.

The carefully worded settlement PR's have a purpose, and for me, I'll trust our BOD/DM to be playing the best strategy over the short and long term.

Each settlement PR thus far, RP upticks his choice of words. IMO, it does in fact sound more positive each time....
