DM needs to win or settle to get some payback for their efforts.

DM already has 3 "settlements" under their belt. Even for what some (not me) would call nuisance suits. All in about 8 months, my personal guess is that they are better than even.

EDIG needs to make money to pay debts and to further develop its IFE.

This is well known...in fact they've needed to do just that for the last 10 years. Edig now has 3 "settlements" under their belt and it would seem they are well under way.

We are a long way from generating significant on going revenue that will boost the share price.

I would not want to try an make serious case to appose that statement, my conservative side holds just that position, but I also know that there are many possible scenarios that could cause it to happen in 09'
