The fact that the dismissal was "With Prejudice" means they are done with Casio case. It also leads me to beleive that the "Take" would be bigger than what EDIG got from LG...We will see soon enough...
At least the longs here, should by now be far beyond the "Validity" of the IP, and the merit of EDIG's plan to start its IP "Monetization Plan"...
Furthermore, it is clear that RP was right in saying the "Take" shall be in the $100's of millions of dollars. That number is clearly on the conservative side and quite attainable...
Which makes this, as DABOSS SAYS, as good an "INSIDER DEAL" as one could hope for...
