I was looking at EDIG's 3Q FY09 Form 10Q trying to figure out how much the digEcor case is costing us. There's nothing specific but there is this entry:
Other income (expenses) (123,908)
Since DM is fronting all IP legal fees until settlements are reached, is this $124K our digEcor legal fees for the 3Q? Or is it accounted for in another entry?
