Noting that at your recent shareholder meeting it was reported by several credible long-term investors who attended, that there could possibly be a second round of infringement suits down the road for the more in depth and harder to prove claims related to Flash File Management and the additional Operating System aspects related to MicroOS; with this I was wondering if you could tell me if the 5787445 patent is included in the portfolio which was licensed to LG, Casio and Nikon?

If it was/is included could you elaborate a little on how this deeper round of infreingments might occur, since these settlements are closing with prejudice.
