I know there will the comment that the settlement did not include any payment to EDIG as some claimed with the Casio settlement, which was dispelled by RP...but should this take the form of the LG settlement AND IF they book both this quarter, which remains to be seen, this could be a lot of fun.

All this leads to the question regarding when will the next round of infringers surface ?
