Why cant they just go away...(Sorry in advance...Instead of going town the JD route I chose the MBA...No matter how many times its explained I will never understand why there the courts and the legal process are such a drawn out process...If I told senior management my projects would take my team on average 2 to 3 years to complete, I would be on the unemployment line! I dont mean disrespect, its just a painful process).
