As Coyote pointed out anything "Could" happen...However, EDIG would be a fool not to get at least their "Costs" from BOW, plus having him acknowledge that the Tech. running his XT and so on belongs to EDIG, and Bow has to give them some cash for past and future use of the same...

This is significant in that EDIG at least has 200 more names on their list infringers and what they do about BOW'S brazen use of their technology will be a guide post for all the infringers to follow in the future...

For that reason alone, the case with BOW has to qualify as an unequivocal WIN for EDIG...
