Yes, if they don't reach a settlement, the trial is set for May 2009.

Yes, if they settle it could easily be without any money for EDIG.

I'm with 1Coyote...I just want this garbage in our rear view mirror so we can concentrate on more IP infringement cases and other eVU apps.
