Thank you for your inquiry. We understand that with the upgrade, some of the sites navigation panes have moved around. We feel confident that while there is a learning curb, it is not one which cannot be conquered. If you notice when clicking" Report Violation" a new window pops up and a violation is not submitted unless users first click submit. Hence if you click "report violation" accidentally, a violation is not submitted until you type something in the message box and click submit.
