It's being generated off our old 'Favorites' we'v saved and still using after your update.

I opened Agora and got into edig forum; then go delete the old favorites links in 'My Favorites' on your homepage browser window, then delete temporary internet files, then resave favorite boards into favs. Seems to have taken care of the red banner thingy - sofar.
