I understand moxa and your side of the fence. I just don`t think an airline would want any information out until they are ready to sell the units. I agree that if the units are available in June, they should start marketing them in May or whenever they deem necessary.

However, I suspect most tickets are purchased within a month of travel although I do not have anything other than anacdotal evidence. There is rarely a huge advantage to buying tickets months in advance. I`ll see if I can find some real numbers. We know the cash cows are biz travelers with short lead times, but I wonder what the average might be.

As for EDIG announcing anything, my guess is Wencor decides as the customer is theirs. Wencor does not need public announcement to let airlines know they have a deal. IMO, everybody in their biz would know within days. They are not a publicly traded company, so why waste time and energy on something that cannot make money -- my staff and managers know this well, ``If you are not cuttin` costs or increasing sales, I don`t need ya.``

Just one opinion and we KNOW EDIG is still running when many said no way, we KNOW Wencor is rockin` with EDIG when many say they dumped poor EDIG, and we will KNOW sompin` when they decide to tell -- my guess is weeks, not days.
