After reading your post yesterday and thinking about it a little more, I emailed RP to ask why the settlement amount was not disclosed in the PR...(LOL, is that confusing...)

I haven't heard back yet, but in my opinion, I am pretty sure that Casio didn't want it in there. I would assume that is to our benefit as well, as an amount of several million would bring Casio bad press and a diminishing value to their PPS...

At this point, the value of the settlement being in the PR is not that important...the win is more important as far as I'm concerned...Once we have 10 wins or so, then I would say we are well under way and that it would be more beneficial...Plus, we will have plenty in PR's as some companies are going to be difficult and are going to go to the Markman hearings...

In the meantime though, the PR itself is great news...We cant have everything right now unfortunately!

Once I hear back from RP I'll let everyone know...
