Given the late stage of this litigation, and this Court’s statement at the most recent status conference that it intends to rule on the pending motions for partial summary judgment and the other pending collateral motions, and then will proceed to trial thereafter, the parties do not anticipate that further referral to a magistrate judge will be needed
