In both settlements to date, there has been cross licensing given to Edigital by both LG and Casio. At this point, no one knows how much this reduced the settlement dollars or of what value to Edig the cross licensing comprises. Will this be the case with every infringer, is the including of cross licensing a way to expedite the settlement.

These are questions that I think need to be answered. To only have received 1.6 million from LG, one of the largest electronic companies in the world, was I think some what disappointing. Still, better than a sharp stick in the eye, but how much is this cross licensing affecting the settlement dollars?
