When threatened with a possible injuction on infringing products, doesn't it make sense that these companies would prefer to come to some sort of settlement rather than take that risk? If presented with a solid case, thanks to DM, it really doesn't give them much choice. IMHO. If someone was holding a gun to your head, what would you do? LOL
