Looks like I got the digEcor case and Nikon case mixed up a bit. It was EDIG who was given until today to file a Scheduling Order (Doc 296). Will upload in a minute to box.net. In the Nikon et al case, EDIG and the remaining 5 defendants have requested an extension of time for all parties to file an agreed upon Protective Order.
