Gil, If that is the case, then there still is a relatively long way to go....I think Markman is feb/Mar 2010. Hopefully, announcements of continued settlements, announcements of a new list of ( perhaps the next 20) infringers, and continued improvements on the quarterly reports with cash from the settlements will boost the share price while we wait for Markman. I've seen EDIG run and with a few well-timed big pr's, share price can go up very quickly.
