It reminds me of what is happening to the housing market....these cycles with bubbles happen across the board for similar reasons, greed, excessive speculation etc.

That doesn't mean real estate has no value today, just because the market is cleansing itself.

The smart money will buy it at a huge discount and 10 years from now be sitting pretty.

EDIG is near that 10 year cycle and having never looked more promising.
