LG was the US affiliate....how does foreign tax liability fit that scenario.

There is so much that is not understandable.

As I see ti, the tax liability should be US..

Or, is it a choice of e.Digital/DM to pay maybe a cheaper tax consequence internationally....which then converts to a US credit?
