Not so. It shows up anytime there is confusion among the MMS about which way they should go...
They will o this to in effect stop the trades until some semblence of order is agree upon...Then It will drop to the normal 1.5-3 cent range difference...
It has been happening with more regularity lately...
That is why I asked if someone could post the LeveII. I know DABOSS has access to one. Buy he may be drilling for Gold.
