More explanation please...
Here is the quote from the STANSION person on suing SAMSUNG?.
(1) " We have all the basic intellectual property (IP) for NAND floating gate which is what Samsung is doing. Samsung is now citing its own inventions as prior art.”...
(2) SAMSUNG says we have our own prior art that we relied on to invent this "Floating gate"...THAT IS THEIR DEFENSE...
(3) EDIG IP we used by TI in their chips which they sold to SAMSUNG which SAMSUNG used in their Camera's, MP3'S, ETC. as far back as CES 2000, (Rember a "KERNEL OF MOS" functioning as gate keeper)?...
The question remains,(Irrespective of whether the "Gate Keeping" is physical, or logical process), did the SAMSUNG reverse engineered some of the TI chips having the MOS gate keeper IP on them, to apply for their own patents which they are citing as Prior Art?...
If so, DM shall have it much earsier to get a settlement from Samsung...JUST a thought!?...
As to settlement from LG...It should not disappoint you...We did not and still don't know the facts surounding the case...I am positive DM has a plan, and in that context I am glad they are on our side...
