I do think a validation has occured however, even if not done so in a court. As RP put it "LG only settled AFTER it determined DM/EDig HAD A CASE" LG did not "donate" $1,600,000 to EDig because it was good hearted or just to make us "go away".

You are right about having no assurance any other settlements will occur, with the remaining 7, before a Markman except RP told there would be prior to the end of EDig's fiscal year. He said DM/EDig was in active settlement negotiations as we speak.

I personally believe him. At the SHM he told us what was to occur and it did. No "blue sky". No "maybes", or "soons", or "expects". At some point we will have to give credence to what he says and not question every sylable like some do on this board.
