You aptly state:
"We need to remember that DM is very experienced in patent litigation. They KNOW what they are doing and have a strategy mapped out that they believe will result in the most money for EDIG and themselves. My mindset is to just let things happen without a pre-conceived timetable and let the PPS follow accordingly. I am confident we'll all be happy with this investment in the future."...
That is SOUND advice and I agree with it 1000%...
The rest of it is mere guess work, because we lack accurate data on the DM modus operendi...
One FACT we can agree upon is that EDIG is in the best shape it has been since its inception as a company, and the future looks bright for it.
Given what its technology can do, (creating batterys that last 25 hours for example), it should be in greater demand for use by corporations vying for billions in Federal Funds aimed at changing the landscape of energy usage for good...
It all comes down to if you are in this for the long haul. And the only way to keep your sanity is to accept the long haul picture and don't be bothered by the frenzy of posts "guessing" if a settlement will be 100 million or $97000 dollars. (remember Fujitsue Fiasco). Simply said it is counterproductive...
