We have had new leadership at the top since July `04. Management has taken a different approach since this change occurred. New business is clearly getting done, products expanding as well as the customer base for those products.

To put the results of past disappointments on this new management structure is not fair, imo. Atul deserves shareholder patience until we have more information by which to judge his reign. It`s not been a year.

We will get our information via guidance and the 10K, if not from Wencor or other OEMs.

Then, at that time we can evaluate management based on facts.
