As another poster said so well, it's not the size of the company but rather the amount of product each company has infringed with...each individual company is just that an individual. But lets assume that this is the standard for tier one, RP made the comment that we could reap hundreds of millions from this first level. I think it's reasonable to expect the process to speed up at least a little (more settlements in less time). This will fill our coffers and propel us to where the real money is, tier two. If everyone thinks it's slow now, wait until we have to go to court with the big boy's who will fight us every step of the way, when we really wont know what is happening until it happens...in the end if what we believe is correct we'll all be smiles. In all probability success at that very high level is some time away. I will try to keep my hopes high, my expectations in check and enjoy the ride. The wilder the ride the greater the story.
