There are, however, plural phrasings to the story.

If that be the case and 445 is sitting idle at the moment, going forward it will be utilized and paid for in a non exclusive manner.

To me it sums up....they are not bothering with past infringement issues and the cost and process to prove.

445 is the future, at most, the manners may have been used 4 maybe 5 years by a few.

IMO, as a cross license nonexclusive, we can still hit them if they do not come clean with usage.

We are paying for tech they have, with tech we have going forward, and I hope with a good understanding.

I'm sure there is a method to it, I'd like to be more familiar with it.
