Wow, EDIG is asking the Court to move the trial date to early Spring 2009 in Doc 288. digEcor is arguing to have the trial on time in Doc 286.

Looks like the LG settlement money is helping pay their attorneys on this case, to the point EDIG is even willing to drag it out a few months.
