LL totally agree with that assessment...We all know the 170+ additional infringers on the list, but this first settlement and licensing agreement will go a long way to our confirming everything that has been debated so far...And the debate will continue based on Income statement total revenue and the split between actual product and settlement amounts...

Plus, we really need to see an end to this Digecor suit in the near future...
