A net of 1 mill, from a company like LG, will set a weak tone. If the net is that low, we defitnitly need to know what licensed IP is involved.

They have to be very careful in this first settlement in establishing portfolio value. There seems to be confusion over what license considerations go with 1st tier settlements, seeing all aspects are utilized to process and demonstrate a case.

IMO, LG is not a 1st tier only settlement....where, I figure, under this circumstance, 25 mill net to e.Digital, minimum, is not unrealistic.

Someone might relay the question so that there's an understanding prior to reading the published value in the up coming 10Q.

Is it a 1st tier settlement, or, is it for all related IP?
